New manikin vest to help rescuers aid women better

 Rather than dwell on fears of molest accusations (has any female accused any male for saving her life??), the better angle is how the vest helps to make sure you are pumping the heart at the most effective area. I can understand how people will naturally feel awkward about where to put their hands when person is female, but because of fears of molest?
