We know this already. The news should be that President has exercised powers to remit caning for Roach under the Constitution and then what the constitution says. Also MHA made clear there’s no punishment in lieu – which was not so clear in earlier story. Then an explanation of what the judiciary said and how caning was a mandatory punishment. Also some background on whether this happened before needed.
