OCBC reverses plan to phase out physical tokens for e-banking

But WHY? Is this connected to security? Physical tokens offer more? What customer feedback? The story then segues in phishing scams…so it’s connected to the token and being fully digital??? Or just an appendage??

As I said before, get the CORE story right first before adding background that other banks have phased out.
