So much for looking at details…what is ‘re-aligned’ boundaries? What are they now? How does this change make it better? Anyone who hasn’t been following the news will be wondering why this is such a big deal. In fact, this point has no more details than what’s in P1.
Also if extradition treaty similar as earlier one which was not ratified, what makes this one easier for ratification ? Which side dragging feet?
